Packages will be shipped using DHL with tracking. Orders made on Sundays and Mondays (when the shop is closed) will be attended to on Tuesdays. We will ship your order within 2 days of receiving it. If there are any issues with your order, you can get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org. At the moment, we only ship to Europe and the UK but are working to expand things — stay tuned.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging if applicable. You will also need to provide proof of purchase via email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on editioned artworks, sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
For in-store purchases, our 14-day return policy applies. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and you must provide a receipt for your item to be eligible for a return. If accepted we will issue you a refund immediately, but it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the return.
